The location is really convenient, and the owners are friendly!

The hotel is attractive, but I wouldn't count on it being reliable. Although it's a new property in a central area, the street is secluded and run-down. My room was reasonably clean, but the bathroom smelled of sewage. Being on the ground floor beside reception also made it noisy. Before I arrived, the hotel didn't reply to my messages. During the stay, nobody cleaned the room or replenished the toilet paper or shower gel, and the young staff seemed apathetic and spoke limited English. We asked the night before for a taxi early the next morning, but it never showed up.

The first room had a sewage smell, though they later moved us to another one. The owner was very kind: he helped with our luggage, and since it had been raining a lot, he lent us his umbrellas. We were really grateful.

The rooms are pleasant and clean, but you can hear noise through the doors. I'd suggest negotiating the price, particularly if you're checking in earlier than planned.

We arrived as a family and found everything clean and great. We left with a very good impression of this hotel. I recommend it to everyone!
