The rooms are clean and the service is very good. Breakfast is normally served at 8:00-9:00, but we had to leave for Tashkent at 7:20. When we asked if breakfast could be earlier, the administrator arranged it in just 10 minutes. Five stars don't feel like enough.

Ramzia Nur Hotel is attractive and within walking distance of Bibi Khanum mosque, but the service left a lot to be desired. We booked a double bed and got a room with three single beds. They said a double room was available, but it had no windows. Breakfast wasn't ready until 8:20am. There was no kettle in the room for tea or coffee until I asked, and we also had to request mineral water and shower soap. Nobody told us the internet password at check-in. The mattresses and pillows were hard, and there is no lift. We sent clothes for washing and ironing, and were told they could be collected in the morning and returned that evening. They came back mostly damp, so we had to hang around the room and let them dry by morning. Not recommended.

My impression of the hotel was negative. The breakfasts were lousy, the mattresses were unacceptably hard, and the place smelled of sewage. Parking was difficult, and the receptionist tried everything to avoid issuing receipts.

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything was dirty and untidy, and the place stank.
