The view from the panoramic glass wall on the 4th floor was a real highlight. The receptionists were welcoming, and Wi-Fi, hot water, air conditioning, and electricity all worked without trouble. My room was spotless, and I especially liked the bathroom's warm wooden details. The green and gold interior looks elegant, and the hallways feel almost magical at night. There's no breakfast at the hotel, but a good restaurant serving Uzbek and Turkish food is on the 2nd floor. Guests can also use the shared kitchen, with a fridge, utensils, and hot boiled water. The hotel itself takes up the 3rd and 4th floors. It's quite far from the city center, so sightseeing visitors may find it inconvenient, though the metro is about a five-minute walk away and worked well for a business trip. The only small issue was dry air in the room with the panoramic window. In the cold season, heating comes only through the AC. We paid around 150 USD for five nights in their best double room, which felt like good value for the comfort and design. Booking could use more room photos, since it's hard to tell what to expect.

I wouldn't recommend this hotel. At checkout I was penalised unnecessarily over claimed broken items. Please be careful. There was no mineral water, glass, or kettle in the room, and the heater sometimes didn't work. The staff were polite and helpful, though.

The staff made a great impression, always polite, attentive, smiling, and ready to help. The hotel has a pleasant atmosphere, and the rooms are clean, newly renovated, and reasonably priced. The sound insulation is good, and the panoramic windows are lovely. There's a good restaurant on the second floor, and Magnum is nearby. Very cozy and comfortable.
