The room was clean, but the beds were very hard, and it was too warm inside with no way to shut off the radiator. We arrived at midnight and they couldn't find the reservation we'd made directly on their website just the day before. The service was poor, with no apology or explanation, and they tried to charge more for a new booking than we should have paid. We'd also requested breakfast for 7 AM before our early flight, but it wasn't ready.

Really poor service. The staff don't seem to know how to speak with guests, and their manager has no experience or open manner when it comes to solving guest problems. It feels like they don't want guests at all. If you want to see what I mean, stay here and experience the discomfort yourself 😅

The pleasant atmosphere and lovely exterior view were the only good things. The service doesn't live up to what the photos suggest. The food wasn't tasty; although they called it a buffet, they brought us two pieces of something left over from the day before. We had booked for 10:00, but they wouldn't let us in when we arrived and wanted another 50%, a charge they hadn't mentioned when we made the booking.

I've been traveling for almost two months, and this was the best value I've found in a long time. I loved the hotel. It's behind the airport and a bit far from the city, but that didn't matter since I had a car. The bedding was new, very clean, and smelled fresh. The woman at reception in the morning was so kind. At breakfast we asked for an omelet and scrambled eggs, and they made them the way I wanted at no extra charge. Free parking too, and there's a shower cubicle in the bathroom, which I really like.

The rooms were dirty, the beds stained and made of metal, and the towels were scratchy, so I wouldn't use them on my face. The place felt uncomfortable, with no repairs done and bare bricks covered in dust. Prices are inflated, and I was surprised by how the owner runs the hotel. Service was awful. Staff sat on their phones and weren't trained to sort out problems; when you asked something, they'd just stand there figuring out what to say. There was no manager on site to raise an issue with, and the owner seemed not to care about visitors. Breakfast was described at the counter as Swedish, but there was very little to eat, no porridge or assorted meat sets. They said it ran from 7:00 to 10:00, but the cook only arrived at 7:00, breakfast didn't start until 8:00, and by 9:30 there was nothing left. You have to go down earlier.
