The hotel is new and clean, and the staff are polite, but their inexperience made the service disappointing. On my first visit, I asked the front desk nicely for the best room they could give me, but they refused. It was especially disappointing in my own hometown, where none of my requests were accepted. I'd often been upgraded for free to a bigger, better room in other countries. The hotel was nearly empty on the day I stayed, yet when I asked about late checkout, they would only extend it by an hour. In Istanbul recently, I was allowed to check out at 4:00 PM for free. I also emailed after booking to ask if they could put complimentary fruit or sweets in my room. I got no reply, and the request hadn't been fulfilled when I arrived. Maybe my expectations come from staying at some of the world's best hotels for more than 10 years. Swissôtel in other cities usually provides a very high level of service, and my requests have always been fulfilled.

I came away with very positive impressions of this hotel. The spa complex is high quality, and breakfast has a delicious, varied spread with options for different tastes. The rooms are exceptionally clean, neat, fresh, and comfortable. The staff are very polite and friendly. I'd gladly come back and confidently recommend it.

Getting around was easy, with Tashkent City Park and many other major attractions just 10-15 minutes away by car. There's also an ATM on site, and I appreciated that the bathroom had a bidet hose. The breakfast buffet had a wide choice of fresh, tasty food for every taste. From the warm welcome at the entrance to the attentive service during our stay, the hospitality was exceptional. Special thanks to Mr. Komolddin and Mr. Sunnatullah for their professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail. Swissôtel Tashkent deserves 5 stars. I'd gladly recommend it to friends and family, and to anyone visiting the city.

I liked the room's unusual design, especially having gym equipment inside, and the hotel is close to everything in the city. The team gave lovely service. Umar, Alyona, Kamola, Jasmine, Kamila, Homayun, and Ramazon at the front office were polite and professional. Timur at the bar was friendly too. I'd definitely stay here again on another visit to Tashkent.

The rooms were very clean and big enough, and I enjoyed the fitness room. There's a nice restaurant by reception, and service was very good. The hotel is close to the train station and not far from the airport. I'd recommend it!
