I only needed somewhere to sleep after my earlier booking was cancelled because the place was overbooked, and I arrived exhausted in the middle of the night. The hotel is close to the train station, and there was one male receptionist who spoke English, but the rest of the staff didn't. He had to make a video call to figure out the terminal and filmed my card details. I'm not sure he understood what data privacy means. The room looked cleaned, but it was very dusty. The bed was okay, until someone started banging hard on a room door and woke me up. I paid 609000 SOM for one bad night, which doesn't feel worth it compared with prices and services around Tashkent. Maybe the train station or a hostel would've been cheaper and more comfortable. Breakfast came in a plastic box with instant coffee and tea. You don't get a cup or hot water, though.

During my four nights here, people knocked on my door several times and tried to force it open every day. The other guests are way too noisy. What's wrong with them?

Even the suite rooms need renovating, and what you get is worse than the photos suggest. The breakfast was just so-so. In the room, you can't turn off the lights while lying in bed, and if you're using the table, there's nowhere to plug in your PC.

The hygiene was excellent, and the location and price are good. At least the reception staff know English very well. The satellite TV wasn't working, though.

The ceilings are low, the pillows were dirty, and the floors were filthy. The shower faucet was broken too.
