Margaritaville Vacation Club - St. Thomas

We had a really enjoyable stay. The pools were lovely, clean, and had lots of seats, and the staff were welcoming and sweet. Special thanks to the girls at the coffee shop, you rock! We planned to explore other beaches, so the resort beach not being perfect didn't bother us. Most evenings we sat by the water and listened to the nearby entertainment. The location felt handy for exploring the island. Taxis were ready whenever we needed them, and parking was easy. There isn't much within walking distance once you leave the resort, so keep that in mind. We'd definitely recommend staying here.

We had a great time at Margaritaville. The beach wasn't ideal for swimming, but there were two nice pools, and the resort made it easy to get to good beaches and the Redhook restaurant district. A special thank you to the front desk team, Curtis, Kishna, Niesha, Tay and Delma. When we learned VRBO had cancelled our booking the night before we arrived, they were caring and resourceful in helping us. They made the stay memorable, and we really appreciated them.

Margaritaville worked well for our three-day stay in St Thomas. There were enough activities for that length of visit, with a beach at the resort, walkable Coki beach, a couple of pools, and restaurants. I called ahead to ask for a room with a view, and they gave us one. The staff were helpful, and free rides were available around the resort and to nearby beaches. We still spent quite a bit on taxis to restaurants and St John. If we stayed longer, I'd probably book somewhere else for the second part of the trip to cut down on commuting. We loved our stay!

Xena at the front desk and Curtis Griffin, Guest Services Supervisor, made a big difference to our family vacation at Margaritaville Vacation Club. Xena welcomed us from the start and was patient, kind, and attentive to everyone. She made check-in easy and ensured we had what we needed. Curtis showed real care throughout the stay, checking that my family was comfortable and looked after. His professionalism and leadership stood out, and it was clear he cared about the guest experience. Both of them treated us with warmth and respect. Their hospitality helped make the vacation stress-free and memorable. We're grateful, will come back, and will recommend the resort. Thank you, Xena and Curtis, for making us feel valued.
