The property is beautiful and well cared for. Staff are attentive and greet you, and housekeeping does a great job with the rooms. The restaurant staff are attentive too, though service moves slowly, island time. The location is convenient, with an easy shuttle to the Westin for lunch or dinner. The pool is clean, but they should remove unattended towels after two hours. It's unfair to hold lounge chairs when they're left empty for hours. Please be courteous and share the space. The elevators are undergoing renovations in early 2026.

We first stayed at the Marriott in 2009 and came back this year. This time we have a three-bedroom apartment in pristine shape. There's not a scratch on the furniture or inside from a former guest's suitcase, and the building paint is spotless too. Maintenance is excellent, so the property's age doesn't show. The private beach is right there, and elevators through other properties make it easy to reach even if you're staying up the hill. The pool and pool restaurant are by the beach, making this a relaxing option for families with children and older guests. There are plenty of sunbeds, even at the busy Christmas season, so no need to compete for one. Compared with Marriott's in Aruba, this feels like heaven. There's entertainment nearby, including table tennis, but the pool entertainment doesn't disturb you. One of our most relaxing vacations, even at the busiest time of year. We'd definitely come back.

The ocean is directly in front of the hotel, and you can walk straight from the pool into the water. With a calm shore and no waves, it was especially good for families with young children. The location is ideal for visiting St. Thomas. Our room was very clean, the beds were soft and comfortable, there was no bad smell or mildew, and the AC worked perfectly. We were very happy with the stay and location, and will definitely return.

We really fell for this Marriott property. It's well laid out, the welcome was friendly, and the service impressed us. Having a private beach and pool made it easy to unwind. The bakery and restaurant on site covered our food and drink needs well enough. For exploring the island, markets, and restaurants, renting a car is a better idea.

This was our second visit, and it was even better than the first. The staff are consistently friendly and helpful, whatever the situation. The pool area stays clean and inviting, and the private beach connected to it feels peaceful and never crowded. Our rooms and condos have always been clean and equipped with what we need. And those views... wow.
