The Pink Palm Hotel - Adults Only

There are a lot of stairs here, which may be tough for some people, though they’re part of the charm and a challenge for many small hotels in this landscape. The place was wonderful: our spacious room had a private balcony, and the room, view, pool, and staff were all great. Everything was clean and well maintained. There were a few signs of age, but they didn’t take away from how attractive the place was.

The Pink Palm was lovely and very clean, with a comfortable bed, good AC, and a great pool and hot tub overlooking incredible views. It’s well located near local shops, and Olivia was especially kind. The team also responded quickly to general requests by text. Parking is free, but the space is tight and limited, so be ready to maneuver carefully. Our room often wasn’t refreshed until 4 or 5 in the afternoon, which felt slow. Some extras seemed steep, too: the front desk charged $6 for a disposable razor, an unnecessary cost at this price point. It’s a very nice hotel, though a little pricey for what it is, which seems common in St. Thomas.

The staff are lovely, and I liked getting text updates about daily drinks, breakfast, and other details. The Ortigia products and mirrors around the property were especially nice touches. There’s also a shower available for guests who want to freshen up before a flight. I’ll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

The Harbour view was fantastic, and the Caribbean breeze felt heavenly. Our room, 9, looked out on the garden and was sparkling clean. The housekeeper took excellent care of me each day, and the Nespresso coffee was delicious. Staff across the resort were efficient, welcoming, and seemed to anticipate what you needed. At El Baristo, the Caribbean-inspired food was fresh and delicious. When I saw the Chef, I told him I wanted to kiss him! A fabulous retreat with positive energy throughout.
