The hotel is a 10-minute walk from a large supermarket, and nearby restaurants close earlier in the evening. The front desk staff can show you how to use the food-ordering app. Laundry is available daily for a fee: leave your dirty clothes in the basket for collection, and it costs less than professional laundries. The sockets also work with Taiwan 3C full-voltage equipment, so I didn't need a Vietnamese adapter. I stayed in a Standard Double Room on 12/12 for seven days. The bedroom and bathroom, with separate wet and dry areas, were very clean, and I didn't see any cockroaches. The aunt cleaned the bedroom every morning. There were Taiwanese cable channels on the TV. Breakfast options were a bit limited, but the food was tasty and filling. The scrambled eggs with carrots especially had a Taiwanese flavor. The morning receptionist speaks Chinese; the evening receptionist doesn't, but she's very cute.

I'm staying here now and have been very pleased with it. The room is clean, spacious, and comfortable, and the hotel's interior is tastefully decorated. The staff are hospitable and helpful. When language got in the way, one of them came up to my room with a translation app and we worked it out. It's in a prime spot in the city, and the value is amazing. The complimentary meals came as a generous, delicious buffet. I'd happily have paid double, and I highly recommend it. I'll definitely come back.
