The location is good. But today the receptionist told me the cleaner had decided not to bring fresh towels or water bottles, or clean my room, because they didn't feel like it. So now I have no towel for a shower and no water to drink. I waited more than an hour, then went down to reception twice, but they couldn't help. Vietnam surprised me again today.

I spent a month here and really enjoyed it. The staff were professional and understanding, and the service was state of the art. Every morning they changed the bedding, towels, hand towels, and face towels, and everything was spotless. This hotel is very, very clean.

Staff gave me no support, and there wasn't any laundry service either. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I think this hotel is the last place on Earth I'd want to see.

There was evidence of drug use at the hotel entrance, possibly by guests.
