We spent more than 30 minutes waiting just to check in. By the time we got through it, it was dark, and we'd missed our plan to go to the beach on our last day in Nha Trang. The whole stay felt poorly organized and unreliable. I had booked through Booking.com, but the amount charged at the property didn't match the online price, and nobody gave a clear explanation. I also found that the property had a different name on Booking.com than it did in reality, which caused confusion when we arrived and made it hard to find. It gave the impression of poor coordination or unclear management between the property and its booking agents. This felt like a total scam, and I wouldn't recommend it unless they improve their management and transparency.

This felt like renting a room in a scam. It's a group of rental apartments, not a hotel, with several different names all used for the same location. No one showed us where to park or how to get to the room. They took the payment and handed over the keys, but then asked for an extra deposit before giving us the room key.

We'd traveled so far to get there, only to be refused check-in with our dog. Booking.com said pets were allowed, but the property wouldn't let us stay. They even made us wait outside in the heat 🙈🙈🙈 It was awful. Please sort out the hotel and make sure the information is accurate.

The airport is nearby, and it's an easy walk to the beach. Our room was clean.
