Nice service.

I first came because Ms. Trinh booked it for me and showed me photos of a clean, pretty room. She was lovely, and I liked dealing with her, so I returned with my family. By then, though, the homestay had been sold to a new owner. What we found was awful: a dirty room, messy, unattractive sheets, and lots of things missing. The owner was extremely rude, and I felt really uneasy. I had booked through Ms. Trinh for 7 items and 1 couple, but only 1 item was provided, leaving 6 missing. I refused the room when we arrived and contacted her. Since I hadn't stayed there, she returned my entire deposit. Later she said that refund had come out of her own pocket because they wouldn't pay it back. I was surprised and told her so. I accepted the loss as an apology, but I felt bad about it. As a tourist, I don't want to lose money and end up upset. The business should listen when customers raise problems. Refusing to return money when someone hasn't even stayed is unacceptable. My friend had booked three days, June 8th to 11th, and canceled after I told her what happened. Ms. Trinh should take responsibility for that booking too, not only return the deposit. I lost 4,300,000 VND, and my friend lost 1,000,000 VND. If the new owner were as conscientious as Ms. Trinh, things might be different. I've stayed in many places and haven't seen anyone work as conscientiously as she does. I'm really sorry for her, but I doubt the new owner will last long. Visitors should avoid this homestay. It's a waste of money, and when something goes wrong, they just talk nonsense and keep your money. If you want to steal, at least do business with some integrity if you want to survive in Da Lat. 🙏🙏🙏

I really liked the room colors, and the rooms were tidy and clean with hot water. The hostess was so enthusiastic and sweet. The Home is close to the center, but the spot is fairly quiet, with a lovely cool view. There's indoor and outdoor BBQ space upstairs too. For the area, I thought the room price was quite low. A 10 VND from me, and I'll definitely come back 💌

The place is a long walk from where the shuttle bus stops, since the bus doesn't reach the homestay. The garden view is awful, and the city view isn't much better. Rooms are tiny, and there was no hot water. The owner was rude and not helpful. You'll need to rent a car elsewhere, since the homestay's cars are old and very slow.
