I loved the cozy, distinctive feel of this place. The art on the walls, the lights, and the plants all give it character, and you can tell someone put a lot of care into decorating. It can be a little cold sometimes and isn't always spotless, so it's not perfect. Still, those things fit its warm, lived-in atmosphere. A good pick for someone who cares more about creativity and character than luxury.

We got a lot for the price, and I’d happily come back. The room was cozy, clean, and nicely put together, and the green garden was great for relaxing or having a BBQ with friends. It’s about five minutes by motorbike from the city center, in a lovely, quiet villa area where young people come daily to take photos and check in.

Movie nights with the projector were a favorite, and the place felt magical after dark. We also used the 10% voucher for the nearby speakeasy bar and enjoyed delicious cocktails on the balcony overlooking Đà Lat. We had the whole villa for a family trip, which was peaceful and cozy while still close to the city center. The host helped arrange a BBQ night and decorated a room for a birthday, making everything feel warm and personal. Great for families or groups wanting a private, beautiful space in Đà Lạt. We’ll be back.

The garden was lush and lovely, just right for relaxing or having a BBQ with friends, and the price felt very fair for the experience. We stayed in December 2024 and had a wonderful time. Our room was warm, spotless, and beautifully decorated. The homestay is in a quiet, picturesque villa area, popular with young visitors taking photos and checking in, yet only a quick five-minute motorbike ride from the city center. We’d definitely stay again.

I spent a few days at the Balcony and had a really hard time communicating with the host. Replies took hours. After I posted an honest review, she started calling me names for no reason. WARNING! The owner is a crazy lady who will assault you if you tell the truth about this place. She needs to learn how to run a business and respect customers.
