I stayed in the top-floor suite with a balcony and a view, and it exceeded my expectations. It was comfortable and clean, with a great atmosphere. For the value, this was one of the most beautiful and cleanest places I stayed during my trip through Vietnam. The owner welcomed me warmly when I arrived and offered complimentary coffee. He was friendly, and his English was excellent. His professional but personable manner made the stay even better. I can highly recommend the hotel.

The best part of Ruby Hotel was how welcoming the owners were. They were incredibly friendly and available whenever I needed help, which made me feel like a guest rather than just a customer. The place was spotless and comfortable. It’s in Thanh Pho Di Bo, right in the heart of the tourist area, but stayed surprisingly peaceful at night despite the surrounding bars and restaurants. That mix of easy access and quiet is rare. I’d be very happy to return to Ruby Hotel on another trip to Hue, and I highly recommend it.

We stayed as a couple and had a fantastic time. It’s right in the middle of everything, yet tucked away enough to be very quiet at night. The service was excellent, and they even took care of our laundry at very short notice, which helped a lot. Such a friendly, well-located place at this price is hard to beat. Great stay and amazing value for money, highly recommended!

The owners were really kind, and I was greeted with tea. Everything looked shiny and clean. It was a good hotel overall, though I would have made more use of the services if I’d stayed longer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The room was big, the hotel was clean, and breakfast was good and home cooked. The owners were kind and helpful.
