Anio Boutique Hotel Hoi An

I loved the hotel's stylish, neat design, and the breakfast had lots of delicious options. The staff were friendly and helpful, with special thanks to Van and Helen for their local tips and hospitality. I also had spa treatments twice, and used the laundry service. My clothes came back quickly and in perfect condition. The hotel is a little beyond the old town, but only a few minutes away by Grab. I had a great stay and will definitely stay there again on my next visit to Hoi An.

The staff were wonderful after my son slipped by the pool and cut the back of his head. It was my fault for not watching closely enough, but they immediately brought a first aid kit, towels, and ice, and stayed calm and caring. They kept checking on him for the rest of our stay, which really touched us and helped him feel looked after. The hospital was less than a 5-minute ride away, and after the bleeding stopped, getting stitches was quick and easy. We stayed four nights and had a wonderful visit. The location worked well, under 10 minutes by bike from the beach, Old Town, and local attractions, with plenty of good restaurants nearby. Breakfast had a nice variety, and the coffee was delicious. Each morning, a staff member checked whether guests were enjoying everything, a warm personal touch. Our room was spacious and very clean, and the calm atmosphere and lantern décor suited HoiAn beautifully. We've moved on to Da nang and find ourselves missing both the hotel and HoiAn. It's a lovely home base for a visit.

Our family of five had a great five-night stay at Anio Boutique Hotel. The pool was lovely, the room was clean and spacious, and the buffet breakfast offered a good variety. Staff were friendly, playful with our young kids, and helpful with all our questions. The hotel is in a good spot away from the busy ancient centre, though it's an easy 6min drive. We appreciated the free shuttle to the ancient town or beach at set times, and using Grab when needed was also easy and affordable. Highly recommend!

We slept really well here. The rooms are spacious, lovely, and comfortable, and the staff were wonderful. It's about a 25min walk from the old town's hustle and bustle, so the hotel is quiet, and they offer shuttle buses there and back. Breakfast was very good too. Great value for money, and we'd recommend it.
