The staff were friendly and the hotel was clean, with USB charging ports built into the wall sockets. Breakfast was average. I asked the woman making eggs for scrambled eggs, but I think she only makes sunny-side-up.

The room was dirty and smelled bad, and breakfast was awful. I booked the largest Family Suite two months ahead because I wanted space, but when I arrived to check in, they said every room was taken. They pretty much told me to go to hell, lol. Even one star feels like too much. What a crazy hotel.

I booked a month in advance, but a staff mistake meant they said there were no rooms available and showed me a different room. When I said I wasn't happy about it, they told me someone else had checked out of the room we'd reserved, so one had become available.

The staff and receptionists were enthusiastic and very friendly. The hotel itself was quite clean too.

The rooms were clean, the price reasonable, and the beach is nearby.
