After 30 days, we’ve just left and can say we had a terrific stay. The staff kept accommodating our requests, and the location worked well for almost everything we wanted to do. We did sometimes hear a bar across the street, though that can happen. Would we stay again? Absolutely. The room was clean and pleasant, with tile floors, a tidy bathroom, and a balcony. The bed was a little hard for my wife, but they brought extra blankets. When she didn’t like the bedspread, they swapped it, and they also changed the outdoor chairs and table to match the listing photo. They were very responsive whenever we asked for something. We could request room cleaning as often as we wanted, though most weeks we just asked for towels and a few floor mops. The spot is handy for bridges and restaurants while being mostly away from the noise.

There’s no-fuss check-in and check-out, and a cute cat I named "Pepsi" in the little grocery store across from the building is a bonus. Little Boss sits close to the Old Town, boat rides, restaurants, and Night Market, but just far enough from the action to feel like a great find. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the AC worked well. There’s a small balcony, motorcycle parking, and really kind staff.

The owners were helpful, and after we arrived in Hoi An at night, they gave us a room at a reduced price. We took their recommendation for a cooking class and had a lot of fun, and they booked our onward bus to Da Lat too. The room had no balcony or window, but it was very clean and had good air conditioning and a minibar. The place is in the old town, yet nice and quiet. A good quality stay, highly recommended.

The Deluxe room with balcony looked just as good as the photos, and you’re a two-minute walk from the lively night market. There’s a convenience store right across from the homestay. The host arranged our airport pickup, a tour, and our transfer to the city for a very good price. We asked around Hoi An about exchanging money, and the host offered the best rate we found. Just note there’s no elevator.
