I wanted somewhere relaxed just outside the old town, with easy access to it, and this place worked well. The rooms were in excellent shape, and the air conditioning worked great. Vicky was amazing, full of useful information and recommendations, and always ready to help. We loved her and would recommend staying here.

Vicky was there whenever we needed help. She recommended good options for different situations, booked activities we’d missed, and helped us sort out a few problems. The house was very clean, the food was delicious, and everyone working there was kind, respectful, and nice. We had a fantastic time in hoian. I’d happily stay here again and highly recommend the hostel. They make you feel like family.

The staff are unbelievably friendly and make it feel like we’re one big family. They care so much about you, and breakfast is amazing, with freshly cut fruit. The place is by the lakes in a peaceful neighborhood, close to the old town. They offer a motorbike or a free bike to get there.

A stay feels good when things go smoothly and you get a real local experience. Viki’s welcoming hotel made that happen for me. She’s very helpful and makes sure you can find your way around and feel at your best in Hoi An. Definitely recommended.

Bicycles are free, and the place is right beside a peaceful lake. The ancient town is about 2km away. Vicky suggested routes based on the weather, added vegan restaurants to our Google Maps, and even wanted us to take the last bus so we’d have more time in Hoi An. You don’t often meet someone who seems to have no selfish motive and still encourages you to spend more time in town, so you can experience it. She takes care of every little detail and helped make our stay amazing.
