Just a few steps from the sea, this place is very well situated, with shops, restaurants, massage salons, bars, and more nearby. My room was clean and comfortable. The staff were the friendliest, most welcoming, smiling team I met on my trip. Special thanks to the security guy and Lamnhi at reception, who were always helpful and genuinely kind. There was construction noise from the hotel next door during my March stay, though the work may have finished by now. The condo/apartment could also have used kitchen equipment. Still, I had a wonderful stay, and I want to thank the staff again for making it so enjoyable.

The location is great for the attractions tourists want to visit, including the beach, and most staff were friendly and helpful. But ants in both beds wouldn’t go away, and the room problems weren’t properly dealt with. The hotel offered to move us, then said it couldn’t because it was full. We couldn’t leave with a refund, and received no compensation when we checked out. It didn’t feel entirely clean, so I’d probably not stay here again.

The room wasn’t dirty, but it was really, really old and moldy, and nothing like the pictures. At checkout they charged me for water?!? You can find a much better hotel in Da Nang for the same money. I really don’t understand the good reviews.

The room I was moved to was perfect, and both rooms were cleaned every day. I’d had a problem with the first one, though I hadn’t complained, and the staff stepped in on their own and upgraded me for free. Everyone was so kind and helpful, I really can’t fault the service.

The hotel was a decent budget choice for the location, and the facilities worked reliably. The hot shower was good, and the staff were friendly and polite, easily the best part of the stay. But only one person spoke some English, and she left at 2pm, so after that I was on my own if I needed help. I booked an ocean view and ended up looking at construction. In a few months, the new hotel in front will block the view entirely. I wouldn’t have chosen this place if I’d known the “sea view” wasn’t what it seemed.
