We were especially impressed by the receptionist’s warm welcome and all the guidance and support. The apartment worked well for a longer stay, with two separate bedrooms and two private toilets. Its little kitchen looked nice and had enough to make a few quick meals, though it wasn’t stocked with many tools. Everything in the apartment was working and carefully maintained, and it didn’t feel as old as some other places. There’s also a small balcony that makes the space feel airy. The accommodation is in a good spot, fairly quiet and not too far from the center of the old town. Bicycles are available for getting to Hoi An ancient town. We had a very nice welcome and the whole experience deserves five stars.

The two front desk gentlemen were outstanding, and the hotel has a filtered water machine in the lobby. Our beds were comfortable, the linens and pillows were nice, and the A/C worked well. We had a great two-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment with a small balcony, washer/dryer, and rooftop pool in Son Phong, just outside Hoi An ancient city. It was about a five-minute Grab ride into town. There were a couple of good restaurants nearby, along with many coffee bars and a bakery.

I felt relaxed looking out over the city from the balcony, and the soft bed made for a deep, comfortable sleep. The room was clean, with comfortable, sophisticated furnishings. I was impressed as soon as I walked into the lobby by its modern, luxurious feel and the reception team, who were friendly and professional. Check-in was quick, and staff were ready to help and greeted me with smiles. I’m very satisfied with my choice. thanks

We had a great time here. The rooms were very spacious and had fantastic amenities, and the hotel was absolutely lovely. We’d stay again on a future visit to Hoi An.
