Rokas Hoi An Boutique Hotel

Tuan was a trustworthy, helpful owner. We ran into a few small problems in an unfamiliar place and were lucky to meet him, as he was always ready to assist. He can help with attraction tickets, airport transfers, or getting to Danang, and offered fair prices. The hotel is also well located near Hoi An Ancient Town. I’m truly grateful and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Hoi An.

Tuan, the manager, handled every detail during our three nights at Rokas boutique hotel, from taking our breakfast orders to arranging a cooking class tour. Breakfast was delicious, and he’d switch on the jacuzzi whenever we wanted to use the pool. Our room was very clean, with thoughtful decor. It’s also an easy walk to restaurants, coffee shops, and tailors. We loved our stay and would recommend Rokas Boutique hotel if you want a more intimate feel and personal service.

The host was quick to reply, shared restaurant suggestions, and arranged reasonably priced transportation to and from Da Nang. The hotel itself is comfortable, with a clean room and water, tea, and coffee provided. It’s about a 10-minute walk from the centre of Hoi An old town. Great service and a five-star experience, I’d recommend staying here.

What meant the most to us was how kind and supportive the two cleaners were when our baby got sick. They understood how stressful it was, and we’re really grateful for their care. We were a family of four, and the connecting room suited us perfectly. The rooms were clean, the beds comfortable, and it was easy to walk or ride to the main market streets, cafes and restaurants, and lantern boats. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. We had an amazing stay and would happily return.
