Thanh Nhan 2 Hotel

We spent three weeks here and never had a problem with anything. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the cleaning staff were wonderful. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and they became our friends. Ánh was always kind and smiling whenever she saw us. It was a great hotel for a good price. I'm not sure what the poor reviews are about. And no, I'm not a bot reviewer. This was my genuine experience.

I had an incident where hotel staff gave my room key to strangers, and I was robbed. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this hotel, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The place was filthy and foul-smelling throughout. The linens were always dirty and smelled bad, the rooms were extremely dirty, and housekeeping did a poor job. The air conditioning was noisy and didn't work properly, the windows were drafty, and the whole place was extremely loud. Staff treated guests very poorly and didn't speak English. It was the worst, most disgusting, dirtiest, least professional hotel I've ever stayed at.

I spent four nights on the 6th floor, and the noise made me very uncomfortable. The hotel is about 100 meters from mykhe beach, which is a nice location, but it's on a main street with lots of traffic noise in the mornings and evenings. There was construction going on all day, and hammering and drilling from directly above or below could be heard loudly from early in the morning. The thin wooden doors also meant I couldn't sleep in the morning because housekeeping staff talked very loudly. The towels were dirty and polluted. I wouldn't recommend staying here for a long time or if you want to relax in your room.

Right by the beach, with loads of restaurants, bars, and cafes around, the location is perfect. The rooftop views are amazing too. Staff are very friendly and happy to help with whatever you need.
