The Dream Suite

The staff were kind and attentive throughout our stay, and when we ordered lunch, they followed every request carefully. They packed spicy sauce separately, cooked the egg fully, and made sure each order was packed perfectly. We also ordered takeaway breakfasts, which was very helpful with our daughter, who is not yet two and can't always manage a trip down to the first floor. The breakfasts were delicious, and this was the only hotel that prepared them to take away for us. Restaurant prices were reasonable, with outstanding presentation and taste. Our room was spotless and had no unpleasant smells. There was a large bed with snow-white linen and a soft mattress, plus all the necessary high-quality appliances. The hotel is in a very quiet area near the sea. We left with a great impression and will definitely return if we visit Da Nang again. I mention our daughter's age so families with toddlers can feel fully confident about a comfortable stay here.

Breakfast was good, the furniture and towels were nice, staff attentive, WiFi worked well, and the pool was fine. I had a Studio King, but it didn't look like the website photos: it was about 20sqm, not 34, and the window faced another building's wall. An old ventilation motor ran there 24/7, so I couldn't open the window and had no view. The location is near the beach and services, though the pushy massage and service vendors made it uncomfortable. The path to the beach goes through a run-down area with broken sidewalk. Hot water ran out after three minutes, and the gym was comically small. Doors shut loudly, so you may hear noisy neighbors coming and going at 3am. The emergency evacuation staircase was full of stuff. It's a normal place overall, but that view and window situation was the worst I've experienced.

The staff, including the housekeepers, were attentive and good. The room had a musty smell, and I'd like to see that fixed. The rest was good, though the hotel is small and the hallways aren't very wide. Smoking is allowed in the lobby, which isn't very suitable for children who may smell it. For a couple or solo traveler, it's a good fit.

The staff were friendly and helpful, and the clean, tidy rooms were spacious and well equipped. Dream Suite Hotel in Da Nang is conveniently located a short walk from the beach. Breakfast was the weak point: it was à la carte, with few options and long waits. Near the end of breakfast hours, things like fruit were often gone. There was also little seating, since breakfast was served in the lobby and outside the building. Still, it's a good place for a few relaxing days in Da Nang.
