For a budget hotel, this is a good deal for the location and price. It’s across from the ocean, with lots of restaurants nearby, and the A/C works well. The tub and sink leaked and need maintenance. There’s no breakfast included.

It’s an old hotel, but facing the beach gives it a lot of potential.

It was okay.

At 300k, this hotel is still terrible. The facilities are very old, and the furniture is damaged beyond repair, leaving the room looking desolate. The bedding had a foul saliva-like smell, and the room smelled musty. There was no hot water, the mattress was makeshift, and the water tank equipment was clogged. The fan had no plug, which is dangerous. WARNING!

Terrible. The bedroom smelled really musty, there was no hot water, and the water kept getting cut off.
