I'm very unhappy about this. I told the hotel staff between February 11th and 13th that the shower drain wasn't working and the bathroom flooded whenever I showered. I also asked them to clean the room. A week and a half later, I realized my Apple Watch and AirPods were missing. I don't usually use them, and I haven't seen either since. I know I'm probably never getting them back. Don't stay here, your things might get stolen!!

The rooms were airy, clean, and nicely decorated, and the prices felt reasonable for that. The staff were lovely and took good care of us.

The room was filthy and unhygienic. Old condoms had been left there without being cleaned up. A terrible stay.

The place was quiet and clean on my first visit. I'd come back if I get the chance.

The reception staff gave me useful advice, but the price seemed high for the area. I paid nearly 300k VND for a two-hour stay. The bigger problem was the room. It was very dirty at check-in, with the previous guest's water bottle still there and hair all over the bathroom and mattress, like it hadn't been cleaned. Cleaning afterward was still not thorough. When I pointed it out, the cleaning staff looked annoyed. I also heard them yelling at reception, which felt like they were trying to intimidate guests.
