The service was terrible, and the room was very dirty. When we complained about the water, we nearly got kicked out.

I'd heard some worrying reviews from two years ago, but after seeing the room in person, it seemed pretty okay compared with hotels in the same price range. I'm fairly satisfied overall. My only suggestion for the hotel is that the parking area is a bit tight.

The hotel feels old, and I wouldn’t come back. The door was damaged and kept sticking, and after we changed rooms the receptionist charged us an extra fee. The toilet was blocked and the shower overflowed. The air conditioning didn’t work, even after we switched rooms three times in one night.

I’m in room 403 and everything’s fine. It’s 300k, and I checked in at midnight.

2/10
The receptionist was cheerful and helpful, but the hotel itself was a really bad experience. The room smelled strongly of damp and sewer drainage as soon as I walked in. Opening all the windows didn’t make much difference. The bedding was old and dirty, and the bathroom was filthy with a terrible drain smell. The wardrobe door was broken, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and the fridge didn’t work. If the hotel is going to offer a service, it should pay attention to guests’ experience and keep the rooms clean, especially the bathroom and bedding.
