The room was neat and clean, but there wasn't any hot water.

The owner was really enthusiastic, and the hotel was clean and beautiful. If I get the chance to return to HL, I’ll keep supporting the owner.

The owners were friendly and helpful, and the clean, lovely room was very convenient for the beach, which is nearby. The bathroom exhaust fan was a little weak, though. I’d still choose this place again if I return to Ha Long.

It’s an easy three-minute walk from the hotel to the beach, and the rooms are new, clean, and attractive. I really appreciated that. I’ll definitely come back to Bao Minh Sun Hotel and recommend it to friends and colleagues.

The owners are enthusiastic, parking is comfortable, and the beach is just a short walk away. For the area, the price is better than other apartments. The room has all the equipment you need, the air conditioner cools well, and the shower has strong hot and cold water, making it enjoyable to bathe. One issue: the balcony room is divided from the original room by a wall, but the old window wasn't filled with glue or soundproofing material, so sound still passes between the rooms. Apart from that, it's okay.
