The staff were friendly, though they handled everything through Google Translate. You can buy cheap water at reception. The rooms are basic and noisy, the air conditioning barely worked, and the fan sounded like it was about to take off. The reason for 3 stars is how our trip was arranged. We showed them the company, website, bus, price, and departure time for a 35-seat air-conditioned coach for our five-hour journey. They said it was booked and that they'd take us to the bus station in the morning. They arrived half an hour late. Someone who seemed to be a friend of theirs showed up in a small minivan, and we were hurried into it. We thought it was just a ride to the bus station, but that old, hot, cramped vehicle was our transport for the entire trip. It also cost more than the coach we'd asked for.

The staff were attentive and very welcoming, and the common areas were cleaned daily. Our spacious, clean room had a fridge, air conditioning, a fan, and a toilet. Wi-Fi worked fine, and there was motorbike parking. Very good value for money.

The room facilities were okay, but the room with three beds was quite small.
