Cat Ba Wonder Hotel

The price was very reasonable, and the location worked well: central without being too busy. I felt welcome right away because the staff were so friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. The room was nice, breakfast was lovely, and there’s a pool too. I’m really glad I found Cat Ba Wonder Hotel. A great place to stay! ✨

We nearly missed our flight after the hotel arranged a taxi with a speedboat, but the driver left us with a ferry ticket instead. That ticket costs only 1/18 of a speedboat ticket. The staff first insisted it was what we had ordered, then kept making excuses when that didn’t work. We spent a lot of time dealing with it and got only an absurdly small refund for the ticket difference, not even enough to cover one speedboat ticket. I don’t recommend staying here if honesty matters to you and you want to avoid being scammed.

Our detour meant we needed to check in early, and the staff kindly let us do that, which made the trip much easier. They were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The room had everything we needed, and it was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Cat Ba Wonder Hotel is close to shops and restaurants but still quiet at night. The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and we had a wonderful stay.

We found it easy to sleep peacefully here, even though the harbor, main street, and restaurants are only a short walk away. The rooms were clean, and breakfast had plenty of tasty choices. Staff were extremely friendly and helped us with transport, tours, and local tips. It was great value for money and made our Cat Ba trip really enjoyable. Highly recommended!
