The room was so cramped that it barely fit two beds. I had to push them aside just to make space for my suitcase, and it smelled awful, like urine 🥲. I only learned later that changing rooms was possible. When I asked, staff said they could help, but wanted 200k VND for cleaning. The room hadn’t been cleaned, the sheets hadn’t been changed, and they’d just been folded up for me to use again, yet they still charged that fee. Squid was on the menu at all three meals: steamed the first time, then stir-fried for the next two. I suspect it was left over from earlier meals. The breakfast buffet was awful, with hardly anything to choose from. I’ve stayed at many hotels, but this was my worst experience. The staff acted like they were ready to attack if you raised your voice 🤣. A memorable stay, one I’ll remember for the rest of my life.

The room was okay, and the food was okay too, but breakfast had very few dishes. There was hair from other people on the blanket, sand in the bedsheets, the air conditioner didn’t cool the room, and there was no landline phone. I hope the hotel improves so tourists can have a better experience.

The staff spoke to us in a tense way that didn’t feel friendly or professional. I hope management takes these suggestions into account and improves the service. I’m sorry to share such an unpleasant experience.

The service was truly awful. The rooms were filthy and smelled bad, with damp, yellow stains on the ceiling, sheets, and blankets. Bathroom doors were broken, taps leaked, and showerheads were cracked. The floors and windows were dirty, and nobody bothered to clean the floors. The food was awful too, bland and tasteless.
