Tropical retreat Homestay

Long at reception was so kind, and the whole staff made us feel welcome. We had amazing service and a great stay. The cute mama dog and her six wonderful puppies were a big bonus 😍 Long, we miss you bro, Sean and LV

The peaceful, quiet location was ideal for a relaxing getaway, though it's only a short drive from the town center. Eden Hotel has a lovely infinity pool and a small gym. I had a really nice stay, with excellent service, and reception was always easy to reach through WhatsApp.

We enjoyed our three nights at Eden Hotel. It's a 15 minute drive from Cat Ba Town, which worked well for avoiding the noisy areas. The hotel put us in touch with a taxi driver who would pick us up whenever we wanted to go somewhere. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were accommodating with special requests. Laundry came back within 24 hours, faster than at some other places we'd stayed. A pleasant experience, and we'd recommend it to anyone wanting a quieter stay on Cat Ba.

Long and his colleagues were polite and helpful, arranging a taxi, laundry service, and transport back to Hanoi. We also appreciated being away from the busy, noisy Cat Ba village and its ongoing construction. Getting there and back was easy. We had a great time in the family room, with two big beds, plenty of space, and a great view from the balcony and rooftop pool. We ate at Eden Hotel Restaurant several times and enjoyed it every time.
