An Nguyen Building

We booked just a few nights but ended up staying much longer. It’s a great, affordable place in Hanoi, and I’d highly recommend it. The neighborhood is quiet and wraps around a small lake, with plenty of interesting cafes and restaurants nearby. You can hang out by the water and watch the sunset. The room is spacious, with a kitchen, dining area, large bathroom with a tub, and a queen-size bed. The staff were accommodating and welcoming, especially Celina, the main contact, who guided us from start to finish, and the helpful guards. Thanks so much to Celina for all her help!

We had a great week here. The apartment was spacious and very clean, with a nice little kitchen, a comfortable bed, and a perfect location. It’s next to West lake, which is nice for cleaner air and walks, and the old town is also close, reachable in a 15-minute walk or a short taxi ride. The staff were very helpful, and the laundry service was good too. We’d definitely stay here again.

Celina from customer support made a real difference for us. She was warm, helpful, and shared local tips that improved our stay. The apartment itself was comfortable, with beds that made it easy to sleep well and air conditioning that kept everything cool. We could walk to restaurants, shops, and the main attractions, which made getting around simple. The gate is shut at night for security, but if you arrive late, just knock and the night guard will let you in. I called them our “guardian angel.”

Van took great care of me during what was the best massage I’ve ever had. I chose a full body massage with hot stones. Give them a try.
