Beryl Signature Hanoi Hotel

The rooms at Beryl Signature Hotel are clean and roomy, and the rates are affordable. It’s close to the Hoa Lo Prison Historical Relic, with laundry nearby too. Kang 7 Days Laundry is only a two-minute walk away, and they were quick, clean, and reasonably priced. The hotel is in a central spot near Ng. Hội Vũ, Hoàn Kiếm, Hanoi.

They gave us a complimentary upgrade, and our room was nicely decorated for our honeymoon. It was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so welcoming and made us feel at home. It’s a good-value little hotel in a scenic part of the old town, with plenty of great coffee and food nearby.

Catherine was a standout, she was on top of everything and so helpful. Our room was spacious, comfortable, and tucked at the back, so it stayed quiet. The beds, linens, and pillows were good, and The Beryl is a solid budget option in Hanoi. Just note that the sign over the entrance now says Avani, which is part of the Beryl Group. There’s a flight of stairs up to the hotel, though a porter can help with bags. Breakfast was only okay. The shower is in a high tub rather than a walk-in, and getting in felt a little slippery.

The room was spotless, comfortable, and very well kept, and the staff were kind and understanding when I changed my plans. I’d booked five nights at Beryl Signature Hotel and Travel but wanted a larger balcony, so I left after one night. They charged me only for that night and didn’t add a cancellation fee. The breakfast area is quite small and could use an upgrade to fit more people at busy times. I had a very positive experience and appreciated the team’s professional, welcoming manner. I’d happily recommend the hotel to other visitors.
