Bi Ecosuites Hanoi

Mrs. Phuc was always smiling, warm, and supportive, which made the stay even nicer. The room was spacious and clean, and I especially appreciated having fresh towels each morning around 9:30 am. It’s in a convenient location, yet the area felt much quieter than other parts of Hanoi, with a homely, comfortable feel. A hidden gem. I’d definitely stay again if I return to Hanoi. Cheers!

The staff and room were excellent, and it felt well worth it. We arrived at 9 PM without knowing where to get dinner, and the driver kindly took us to find food at lively nearby places. He knew the area so well that check-in went smoothly. The manager had arranged our airport pickup, and communication over WhatsApp was easy. The hotel is tucked into a small alley, but it felt safe to walk there even late in the evening. Just note that the cleaning staff, who don’t speak English, are only there from 9.30AM to 4.30PM.

We stayed at Bi Eco Suites last november and would love to come back, but sadly it’s sold out for our dates in Hanoi. Our room was modern and clean, and we loved it. The bathroom in the video attached below gives you an idea of the style. It took a little effort to pinpoint the exact location at first, but once we found it, we realized what a hidden gem it was. Hoan Kiem lake, the Old Quarter, and the street food are all close enough to walk to if you don’t mind walking. For the price, it exceeded my expectations.

The room felt comfortable, and everything was really clean, with a fresh smell. Getting there takes a bit of figuring out since it’s down an alley where Grab can’t stop right outside, and the front desk staff don’t really speak English. It was a little adventure for us, but if you’re good with navigation, the place is very, very clean.
