We were sent here by the airline after our flight was cancelled and checked in at about 4:30 AM. From the start, the reception staff were rude and unprofessional. They yelled at guests for no clear reason and treated us without basic courtesy. The room had a strong cigarette smell, which made it unpleasant. The next morning, the receptionist working on 4 May was especially aggressive. Even asking where breakfast was brought a hostile response. The breakfast area was dirty and poorly looked after. Lunch was set up at another hotel, but the cold fried rice there was barely edible. The service, cleanliness, and basic hospitality were far below an acceptable standard. This was one of the worst “hotels” I've stayed in. I rarely leave a negative review, but this was unacceptable. If zero stars were an option, that's what I'd give.

The airport is just a few minutes away by car, which is handy for an international departure. There aren't many amenities nearby, though, and most food delivery options won't reach the area. The soundproofing is poor. A large group of Korean tourists kept talking loudly and moving furniture in the middle of the night.

I stayed here before an early flight hoping to get an extra hour of sleep, but ended up sleeping less than I likely would have in the city. The room locks have a loud, irritating alarm if a door stays open for more than roughly 10 to 20 seconds. At 3:44 AM, one of these alarms woke me. It kept going for about an hour, and the walls are not insulated for sound. Eventually I got up to see what was happening. Apparently someone had left or checked out and their door was setting it off. No hotel worker came to investigate or stop it. Street noise also comes through. I don't blame the hotel for the street itself, but they should make more effort to make the rooms suitable for sleeping. The bathroom light in room 205 doesn't work properly. For a place people use before early flights, this was a miserable failure at letting guests rest.

The room was spacious and clean, and the airport is very close.

There's no convenience store nearby, but the location works well for a transit stay. The airport is a 12-minute walk away, and the hotel also offers an airport transfer. My room was a little old, though clean and spacious enough. Wi-Fi was very good, with 171MB down and 122MB up.
