The warm, cheerful staff were always ready to listen and help, especially ms.Jessica. Since we're strict vegetarians who eat only Jain food, they did their best to find a few things we could eat. They also arranged a private van for our onward trip at rates that were more economical than other options, then kept checking in as we traveled and gave our drivers proper instructions in the different cities. Thank you Eliana 😊 The hotel is a cozy old-style place and good value. It's a 7-10 minute walk to the lake. Our large room with two double beds was spacious and colorful, though it could use a little more light. The bathroom was generally fine, but the glass door was too transparent for our family, so we covered it with cardboard for privacy. The shower tiles had a lot of moss, and the smell was unpleasant enough to make you feel nauseous.

The room matched the photos exactly, and the location was fantastic. Markets, cafes, restaurants, and currency exchange shops were all less than a three-minute walk away. Rosie and Jasmine were a big part of why we loved Hanoi and our trip. They were kind and ready to help before, during, and after our stay. They made us feel special, even though we know we're just one more guest. I've never had that kind of hospitality before, and it's the main reason I'd recommend the hotel.

The staff were so kind and helpful with every question or problem, always smiling. Our kids got delicious cookies, such a thoughtful little touch. They also gave us a really useful leaflet with key information about Hanoi and the area around it. The rooms were beautiful, spacious, clean, and comfortable, with lovely photos on the walls. We truly recommend staying here!

Jasmin made me feel welcome and relaxed as soon as I arrived. Check-in was smooth, and she gave me useful information to help me have a good stay. The room was fresh and clean, breakfast was yum, and the location was great. Everyone was cheerful and ready to help with whatever I needed. Jasmin even sorted out speedy transport to the airport when I left. I was really impressed by the service here. They set a great example of how a hotel should treat guests! :)

My favorite hotel from my Vietnam trip. The rooms were spacious and clean, with everything I needed. The service was 1000/10, and these were the kindest people I met on vacation. They helped me get to a hospital, and even came along while I was there to translate and support me. I can't put into words how much that meant. I recommend this hotel to anyone!!!
