Cooking with My My was a lot of fun, and I loved Lucia's free yoga sessions. The staff made me feel welcome and right at home. It's a peaceful little hostel tucked away from Hanoi's busy streets, but still in a great spot. Probably my favorite hostel in Vietnam, and I'd happily stay again.

There's a simple, tasty breakfast, and each guest gets a cupboard that locks. Once you've checked in, getting in and out is easy with the door fob. The hostel was clean and really quiet, and the staff were so kind and caring with guests. I was glad to spend a night here.

The cooking classes and yoga three times a week give you plenty to do. It's a friendly, clean, affordable place in Hanoi's Old Quarter. The entrance can be hard to spot if you're new to the area, but locals can point you there. I was very happy with my stay and will come back.

The staff were the real highlight. The girls were friendly and helped with whatever I needed, from booking a bus to printing documents, exchanging money, and showing me around the city. They also cook lovely dishes you can join in making, and explain the local way to eat them and what's in each one. The hostel is comfortable and well located. I'd recommend it to other guests.

I liked how easy the location was, and the staff were wonderful. Some Hanoi hostels put a lot of emphasis on partying, but I wanted somewhere I could actually sleep. Ga Hostel felt cozy and relaxed, with a common area where you could chat and cooking classes too. It was a nice balance, social when I wanted, quiet enough to get to bed before 2 or 3 am. I'm glad I found it.
