Our group of 40 stayed at la sante, and the receptionist was very sweet. The rooms were good, especially the sofa and tea table setup, and the washrooms were clean and well maintained. The only problem for us was the AC pointing toward the window instead of the bed. The hotel itself was nice. I didn't enjoy the Vietnamese breakfast options because there was a lot of meat, which many Indians find heavy to eat. Also, people in Vietnam don't use milk and sugar in coffee, so be prepared for black coffee with no suger.

The staff were there to help even in the early hours, so that never became a problem. We had a nice stay, and the breakfast buffet was good, though the menu stayed the same across all three mornings. The air conditioning varied by room, too: some rooms were too cold while others weren't.

Some staff were pleasant and attentive, while others came across as rushed and aggressive. There’s no spa in the hotel, but they recommended an expensive one and kept insisting on it. I was charged far more than the price shown on booking.com. For the area, I’d say it’s much cleaner near Hoan kiem lake.

We found this hotel through Xiaohongshu, and the staff were so kind. They even upgraded our room at no charge. I’d pick this place again next time.

The breakfast had something for everyone, and my room was quiet and comfortable. I enjoyed the week I spent here. The location was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful.
