We found out the hard way that rooms can be hard to get as a walk-in, so book ahead if you need somewhere after a midnight flight. We had to find another hotel. Otherwise, we had a great stay in a good hotel in Hanoi d Quarters. The staff were kind and helpful. They even found us a private transfer to the hotel at a lower price and offered complimentary snacks and cold tea while we waited. They ask for your passport and booking information. Check-in is at 1 pm and checkout at noon, with no delay. There are four rooms per floor and an elevator, and an attendant helped carry our luggage to the room. Our room was spacious and good for two. It had cable TV, a bathroom, bottled water, 3-in-1 coffee, slippers, towels, a refrigerator, a blocked window, air conditioning, and cabinets. The hotel was very clean. There are lots of stores nearby, although it's hard to find any open late at night. Breakfast is served buffet-style from 6:30 to 10 am. There were healthy salad options, bread, main dishes, fruit, coffee, and other drinks, and you could order scrambled eggs or an omelette. The dining area is small but still had enough space, and it was very quiet. It seemed like they staggered the times so all the guests could fit. The food tasted good, 4/5. Overall, I'd rate it five stars.

The room was a cozy, clean place to unwind after a long day, and the breakfast was fresh, well-prepared, and had plenty of choices. What stood out most was the staff: kind, professional, attentive, and always ready to help with a positive attitude. I'd gladly stay here again.

We spent two nights here in September 2025 and had a fantastic stay. The room felt brand new, with plenty of space, a cool temperature, and very comfortable beds. Every part of the team, from reception to breakfast and housekeeping, was friendly and welcoming. Chloe and the others suggested excursions at a range of prices without pressuring us to buy. After checkout, we went on a boat tour. They kept our luggage, let us use a bathroom with a shower to freshen up after the long bus ride back to Hanoi from the cruise, and arranged a taxi. Big thanks to Kenny, Happy and Huy for making us feel at home and looking after us so well. We'd happily return and recommend the hotel.

The location is great, the rooms are nice, and breakfast is yummy, but it's the staff that really makes the place. They were available for all kinds of help, from sorting out a Grab taxi problem when our driver got a flat tire and helping us cancel for another car, to arranging early check-in when we were clearly tired and hot. They were always around to answer questions. Great value, and we'll definitely stay again next time we're in Hanoi.

Breakfast was one of the best hotel spreads I’ve had on my travels, and it was easy to get around from here. The hotel also arranged tours. We took the Ha Long Bay cruise, which was $76 USD per person. The room was practical for sleeping and keeping our belongings safe. What really made our Hanoi trip, though, was the staff. They were so kind, helpful, welcoming, and full of useful suggestions for things to do nearby. Thanks to all of them 🤍🙏🏼
