A good place to live 👍. I’m very satisfied.

The kitchen had an oven, which was really convenient, and I was glad there was drinking water available in the park. We could use the gym and pool, but kids playing around in the gym made it feel uncomfortable. There also aren’t nearly enough charging points for electric bikes, and that needs to be dealt with soon. I was frustrated by how unfriendly and unenthusiastic the H1 receptionist was. I wish they’d listened more kindly. One receptionist did make a real effort to sort out the issue.

It calls itself a luxury apartment complex, but the service is mediocre. There aren’t enough parking spots for residents. They only provide space for motorbikes and bicycles, leaving car owners to find parking themselves. The soundproofing is poor, the halls leading to the elevator lobby are so narrow that it’s hard for two people to pass, and water somehow pools on the floor. In winter, the windows leak and seem to serve no purpose, leaving residents to deal with it. Residents apparently pay service fees to both Masteri and Vin. Maybe they call it more luxurious because they charge more for services. The receptionists seem to be there for show and end up as scapegoats for the developer and management. This feels more like communal housing than a luxury apartment complex.

Mr. Tuan Duc has it wrong: this building belongs to a different developer, not Vin. It was built as a high-end apartment building, with a European design. It’s very clean and beautiful, and the lobby always smells lovely.
