The TV was unusable, even though the nightly price was 300k and they collected payment upfront. Staff said it was broken, and it sounded like this had been going on for a long time. The equipment is worn out, and they won’t replace or repair it. When I raised it with staff, they said it still hadn’t been fixed and switched it off. A waste of money.
