The room was roomy and the facilities were decent, but there were problems with both directions and breakfast. The map pin was in the wrong place; luckily my Grab driver found the property easily, otherwise I might not have found it. I’d booked breakfast through the app, but staff told me it wasn’t included. When I raised it, they called someone and got very angry. It came across as though they were saying breakfast couldn’t be included at such a low room price.
