Urban Slumber Hostel

I stayed in the all-female dorm for three days and two nights and didn’t run into any major problems. The AC did get too cold overnight, and the blanket they provided wasn’t thick enough, so I felt cold each night, though I still slept well. The staff were nice and helpful. I’d recommend the place and stay again.

The view was almost nonexistent, but the convenient location and kind staff made up for that. I can’t quite remember her name, maybe Nhi, but one receptionist helped me call a restaurant and book a table since I didn’t have a Vietnamese phone number. I really appreciated the help. Thanks to the team for a nice stay.

The staff were warm and always ready to help, and the beds were comfortable for a good night’s rest. There’s a kitchen for travelers, plus several shower areas and toilets, which was really convenient. They also gave us flip-flops and a towel when we arrived, a nice little touch. I had a very good stay and would recommend it.

At least the fourth floor has plenty of room to work, and the receptionists are nice. The rest was disappointing. The rooms are cramped, the curtains let in too much light to rest, and the bathrooms smelled bad and seemed barely cleaned. There’s no soap in the shower and nowhere to refill your water. I hope the good reviews aren’t just for the free banana they give you for leaving one.
