The TV wouldn't turn on, and the toilet wasn't very clean. There was also a dusty pile beside the bed, which bothered me even though it was tucked in a corner. My room didn't have any bowls, chopsticks, or spoons, so I had to go up and down to get them several times. On the good side, it was tidy, smelled nice, and there's a convenience store nearby. The owner and staff were friendly and enthusiastic, and they brought extra things right away when I asked. I do like the place, and hope they'll clean it a bit more carefully.

There are family rooms for groups or small families, and guests can use the dedicated barbecue area. Rooms are cleaned daily. In the evenings, the bar has plenty of drinks, soft music, and you might find a pleasant group there. Paid airport transfers and massage services are available, with a professional massage therapist on site. You can also request supermarket deliveries. Smoking isn't allowed inside, and evening entertainment may include concerts, shows, and competitions.

The room was damp and old, with dim lighting, fewer amenities than the pictures suggested, and it didn't look very clean. It also wasn't properly prepared: there was no trash can, the air conditioning barely worked, and the refrigerator was old. The decor was okay, but that didn't make up for the condition. The staff member at the desk was especially unpleasant. When we arrived, she just sat there and spoke to us in a condescending way. At check-in she said, "Why aren't you going in? If you're here, go upstairs." I asked which room was ours, and only then did she check and tell me. Maybe she thought I was a student, though my boyfriend and I are probably much older than she is. For me, a homestay's attitude should match the result. I visited yesterday, and I wouldn't come back or book through someone else.

It felt like a bait and switch =)) This homestay in 2023 looked like it was from the 90s. The air conditioner was yellowed and seemed like it wasn't even running. Be careful.
