After missing the last bus out of the city, I had few nearby hotel options at 1:00 A.M. I got a deluxe room here for 430,000VND. The AC and TV were both broken, though the fan above the bed worked at first. Then the room lost electricity during the night and the fan stopped too. I gave it two stars only because I didn't see any bugs.

The people here are extremely nice, and this is the only place we stay in district 12 when visiting family. I stayed again on July 9 2024. The room was a clean, spacious junior suite with cold AC and a comfortable bed. They'll clean it whenever you ask. There isn't breakfast, but Mr Bean Cafe is a one-minute walk, just turn left outside the hotel for good coffee in a really nice place. Next time I'd get a city view.

The rooms were clean and the AC was great, but one of my rooms had no hot water at night. Staff were nice, though nobody spoke English, which made things difficult. They took my passport and returned it badly warped. It wasn't a huge deal, but they should handle passports more carefully.

There are good food options on the nearby street, and the hotel and rooms were tidy and comfortable. The downside is that nobody speaks English, and getting to the city center takes about an hour.

The rooms were fresh and the service was okay, but the staff don't speak English. That's terrible.
