The bed was comfortable, with lots of pillows, the location was good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The internet kept having connection problems, but otherwise things were okay. The kitchen is very poorly equipped, so don’t expect to cook much beyond a pot noodle. I’ve run into this before: you often pay extra for a kitchen in place of breakfast, but there isn’t enough here to make it useful. A pan would be a good start. A frying pan, two bowls, and one plate don’t make a cooking kitchen. They could provide a basic tray with oil, salt, pepper, spices, and rice for free on request, and there’s a large balcony where they could keep a herb garden. It just needs some thought. The fridge is packed with overpriced drinks and pot noodles that cost nearly $2.

The staff were caring and friendly, and after two nights I felt right at home. The bedrooms are cozy and comfortable. It’s not in central Ho Chi Minh City, but the apartment is in a paradise of renowned food, especially Pho and Banh mi. I’ll definitely come back.

The room was spotless and cleaned daily, with fresh towels and toiletries. The staff were the friendliest I’ve experienced, always ready to help, day or night. They made our stay feel so welcoming, and I’ll definitely be back.

A safe place to stay in a really good location, with clean rooms and staff who speak English. The staff and boss were lovely and friendly, even treating us to wine. They helped a lot with our trip and suggested plenty of nice places, especially for anyone who enjoys nightlife. Great service, very welcoming, and I’d definitely recommend it to travellers.

I’ve stayed here three times over the past two years, and there’s been nothing to complain about. The rooms are clean, the service is kind and helpful, and the location is convenient. Maybe they could add a few more English-language TV channels.
