Cozrum Homes - June Corner

It feels more like an apartment than a hotel, and I’ve tried two kinds of rooms here. Both had well-equipped kitchens and bathrooms, and the rooms were clean and well looked after. The location is handy for public transport and a range of restaurants. Staff were helpful and accommodating. I’d recommend it.

At least the beds and pillows were comfortable. But the room was dirty when I arrived, with sticky food stains, hair, food, and plastic wrappers everywhere. It looked like the cleaner had only changed the towels and sheets and left. I contacted the company and they replied quickly, but had trouble understanding English and sorting it out. It was frustrating to spend several days without the room being up to standard.

The room has an induction cooker and ezos fan, so you can cook there. It’s in a great spot, right in the alley. Check-in works like Airbnb, so expect no receptionist. Everything is handled through messenger.

I’ve stayed in Cozrum apartments a few times over the past five years, so I booked this one on the day I was due to arrive. They confirmed the stay but never sent the self check-in details. I had to call, and then waited almost an hour for the instructions. They came at 3pm, even though check-in was meant to be available from 2. The whole process was frustrating, and their operation was really poor.
