Eden Star Saigon Hotel

We loved our four-day, three-night stay. We checked in around 10 pm and were upgraded to an executive room through our Exoticca superior package, which felt wonderful. The room had a jacuzzi, and the free minibar was a nice surprise. They stocked about six drinks each day, so we didn’t have to worry about buying bottled water. Breakfast was wonderful, with plenty to choose from, whether we wanted something continental, a full egg breakfast, or lunch food. They cook eggs fresh, and there’s pho as well. The gym had what I needed for a quick workout: a treadmill, another cardio machine I don’t usually use, and enough dumbbells, including some heavy ones for me. I’m female, so those were fine, though they might be light for a man. The rooftop pool was nice, but didn’t wow me. Food at the restaurant cost as much as at the roof deck, basically US prices, so we usually ate outside the hotel instead. There were lots of options nearby, and the location made it easy to walk to many places.

I’m here pretty regularly for work trips, and the stays have always been good. This time I got an upgrade to a nicer room, which I appreciated. It was quiet, clean, and comfortable, just what I needed to unwind after work. The staff are consistently polite and helpful, especially Mr. Dung, Mr. Thinh, and Mr. Hy, who took great care of me. I’ll be back 💙

Te and Hiêú were so lovely, and the rest of the staff were kind too. The location made it easy to get around, with shops, spas, and the city centre close by. My 10th-floor room had a nice view and was reasonably priced, though the temperature kept swinging between hot and cold. They brought extra toiletries each day, and there were complimentary drinks in the minibar plus cookies delivered daily. The rooftop pool on the 12th floor had an extraordinary view. It’s small, but still nice for a rooftop pool. Breakfast was okay. I’m hard to please with food, and while the Pho was good, the fruit tasted a bit bland. Looking forward to the rooftop New Year countdown party tonight.

I liked how easy Eden Star Saigon Hotel made it to explore the city, since it’s close to key attractions. After a day out, the rooftop was a lovely quiet spot with great city views, and breakfast had plenty of fresh Vietnamese and international choices. My room was spacious and spotless, with modern amenities and a very comfortable bed. It stayed quiet at night, and the small touches stood out, from the quality toiletries to the efficient housekeeping. The staff were welcoming and attentive from the moment I arrived, and seemed genuinely keen to make the stay pleasant. It was a comfortable, convenient experience with warm service, and the value exceeded my expectations. I’d happily return and recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.
