Fusion Original Saigon Centre

My room was high up and had a beautiful view. I also really enjoyed the complimentary facial and massage, which made the stay more relaxing. Having a free minibar that was topped up regularly, as well as the pantry, was a generous touch. Breakfast was excellent, with a buffet and à la carte dishes brought to the table. The service and central location were fantastic, and everything exceeded my expectations. I can’t think of anything that needs improving. Thanks for a memorable stay. I’d be delighted to return and would recommend the hotel to others.

The staff made this stay stand out. Everyone we met was warm, professional, and helpful. After checkout, I realized I’d left a T-shirt in the room, and the team went out of their way to find it and get it back to me. A small thing, but it showed real care. We stayed in a spacious, modern, and very comfortable two-bedroom apartment, and the gym was particularly impressive. The pool area was a lovely quiet break from the Saigon buzz. There are lots of great facilities, and the hotel’s connected to the mall. I’d happily stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Ho Chi Minh City.

The private shuttle to the airport could be cheaper, but otherwise it was a great stay. Things started a bit rocky, then the management and service took really good care of us and we ended up loving the hotel. The pool was amazing, the rooms were really nice, and the bathrooms in the rooms were fantastic. The location was perfect too. Thanks to the team, we’d love to come back.

The two housekeeping staff, Bao and Dy, were especially kind and thoughtful. They left little notes to check that we had everything we needed. We stayed six nights, and when my child vomited, the staff helped us change the bed straight away. The reception team were friendly and helpful too. The architecture is distinctive, and the panoramic city view is absolutely stunning. If we return to Ho Chi Minh City, this will be our first choice.
